The established artists are well known in the art world, and their works have been shown in galleries for years and are collected by museums, serious art collectors and big corporations. The works by artists such as Chuck Close, Alex Kats, Jean Michel Basquiat, etc. are bought and sold for great sums of money that could even reach in the millions.

 

Investing in well-establised artists requires substantial funds, but given the high demand for these well-known pieces, the reward is all but guaranteed. Not to mention the pride that comes with owning such acclaimed works of art.

In recent decades, there has been an explosion of international artists on the art scene.These artists come from countries all over the globe such as Germany, China, Iran, Middle east and others. These artists have a very strong presence in the art market and are very much in demand.
 
The works of artists such as Raqib Shaw (India), Zhang Huan (China), Neo Rauch (Germany) and Nicky Nojoumi (Iran) are bought and sold in the six and seven figure range.
